Renewable Energy Day was held on 20th August 2009 commemorating the Birth Anniversary of The Former Prime Minister Late Sri Rajiv Gandhi (Rajiv Gandhi Akshya Urja Diwas). A Rally was organized to create awareness about Renewable Resources. Competitions on Painting, Slogan writing, Elocution & Essay writing were conducted on the topic “Renewable Energy Resources” About 70 students participated in this event actively.
